Dave Biesse

Dave is a professional wedding photographer from Australia. He began his career in photojournalism, covering concerts, events, and documenting social issues. After completing a Bachelor degree in Design Photography and graduating at the top of his final year at Curtin University, Western Australia, Dave has gone on to have work published in books, magazines and exhibitions, as well as winning photographic awards in 4 countries.

Dave has travelled the world extensively, following his passion for new cultural and spiritual experiences.In 1998, he won a six-month scholarship to study at Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) - one of Malaysia’s foremost universities. Following this enriching time in Asia, he threw on a backpack and spent four weeks hiking through India and South East Asia.

He has since traveled through Europe, the UK, North America and his destination wedding photography takes him into the tropics often. Having fallen in love with Canada, Dave has now been a Torontonian for over 6 years.

His ability to adapt his skills and techniques to each situation, as well as his love of people, have repeatedly produced results which satisfy even the most scrupulous client.

Charlotte Leonard

Charlotte was born into a very entrepreneurial atmosphere. Both Mother and Father excelled in various aspects of the business world. From a young age she expressed a strong passion for not only business but also the arts and film.

Her love for film and television production persuaded Charlotte to enroll in Fanshaw’s Television Broadcasting program. This allowed her to express herself creatively behind the scenes. Her passions fell not only behind the scenes but in front of the camera taking roles in various television commercials and films.

She eventually settled in the business world and held a position as a junior executive with a major Canadian corporation. Although the corporate world has many securities, she felt that artistically she needed an outlet to express herself. Soon after being introduced to Photography, sparks flew and a new passion was born. With her background Charlotte adapted well behind the lens of a camera. She knew it was time to chase her new love- Photography.

Charlotte’s work has often been described as emotional, playful, quirky and colourful, truly capturing the moment with a modern photojournalistic approach. Her creative style concentrates on the fine details of your day with an intuitive focus on the sentiments of children.
